How to turn on the shampoo pump
1. Get the shampoo ready to turn on and orient the pump head towards yourself.
2. Press and hold the bottle with your right thumb and turn it counter clockwise according to the head outlet.
3. After hearing the bouncing sound, you can see that the shampoo pump head has been turned on.
In general, if you hear a "bang" sound and see the bottle mouth pop up, and the bottle mouth can be squeezed downward and can squeeze out shampoo, you can use shampoo after opening it successfully.
If it is found that the more the bottle rotates, the more tight it is, it means that the bottle has designed a counter rotating switch, that is, it needs to rotate clockwise to open it. When you hear a "bang" and see the bottle mouth pop up, you can normally press the top to squeeze out shampoo.
How to lock the pump head of shampoo and Shower Gel?
1. Press the pump head (part of the shower gel will flow out at this time) to the end and hold it.
2. The pump head can be locked by rotating the pump head more than 90 degrees clockwise or tightening a few more turns. Unopened shower gel pump head is locked, each kind of shower gel lock will be slightly different, the difference is just how many turns.
Principle of pump head:
When the pump head is pressed down, the compressed spring pushes the piston upward, and the air pressure in the space where the spring is located decreases. The air pressure in the big bottle presses the liquid upward through the pipe, and pushes the glass bead away, and the liquid enters the space where the spring is located.
When the pump head is released, the spring presses down the glass bead to seal the pipe orifice, so as to prevent the entering liquid from returning to the large bottle. When the pump head is pressed down, the piston moves upward a little distance, exposing the small hole on the piston shaft, and the liquid rises through the small hole, so that the liquid can be pressed out.
